Notes: (Bb = B flat, Eb = E flat) Right hand: G#-Bb,(3x but play the G# one extra time after) then D and play Bb-D(4x) then G-Eb(2x) then FD(2x) then Eb-C(2x) then G-Eb-C-Eb. so it goes (G#-Bb-G#-Bb-G#-Bb-G#)-(D-Bb-D-Bb-D-Bb-D-Bb-D)-(G-Eb-G-Eb)-(FDFD)-(Eb-C-Eb-C)-(G-Eb-C-Eb). Left Hand: Chords (G#-C-Eb-G#), (Bb-DF-Bb), (Eb-G-Bb-Eb), (DF-Bb-D), (C-Eb-GC). You play the G# chord for the first notes where it goes from G#-Bb then right as you hit the first D(on the right hand), play the Bb chord.
