How do read and understand Chords, Tabs, and key signatures for Piano?

I took one year of high school band where I played trombone. So I know how to read simple music. I however just started playing keyboard for a rock band, and I don’t understand those three things. I’ve been trying to look up songs to practice, and it will say something like B and mean a chord, I don’t get it. Does anyone know a site where I can learn?

   for the record, chords are combinations of notes on the scales
   so learn your scales to know your chords.

   Take lessons, the old fashioned way. Its all based on notes, low pitch to high pitch. If you can’t take the heat stay out of the kitchen…
